Engaging in therapeutic strategies, such as seeking professional help and joining support groups, can provide a sense of belonging, validation, and comfort. These platforms offer a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, connect with others facing similar challenges, and receive emotional support. It can also help reduce feelings of isolation, increase resilience, and improve overall mental health outcomes.
